Charitable health clinic that provides access to quality healthcare services, educational workshops, and financial support for underserved adults.

Use Case: Clinic that promotes affordable services, resources, and educational workshops to overall improve well being for underserved communities.

User Interviews: Revealed the pain-points to improve accessibility for knowledge, resources and support including:

  • Seamless Navigation: Narrow down critical information making it easy for users to locate the right resources or services with ease.

  • SEO Challenges: Underserved communities often encounter outdated, or low-quality search results, making it difficult to access the support they need.

Design Impact:

Based on the pain-points, I implemented the following UX improvements:

  • Organize structure intuitively with clear categories for quicker access to resources. Clear menu structure.

  • Use predictive search suggestions in captions to boost search traffic.

  • Feature expert-authored content and credible sources to boost ranking.

The Problem: Underserved communities often struggle to access preventative wellness resources, limited education, and and affordable healthcare nearby, facing barriers that prevent them from receiving high-quality care they deserve. By providing local consolidated platform to simplify the process for users to find affordable resources and improve overall well-being.

  • Competitor Analysis – Studied local clinics websites to ensures relevancy & identify useful features

  • Navigation - Intuitive and Minimal. One-click access to essential services (appointments, applications, FAQs).

💡 Initial Direction:

  • High-contrast, minimalistic layout for easy navigation

  • Large buttons with clear icons for easy touch navigation.

  • Consistent Blue color  → Represents trust, reliability, and calmness.

Overall, we designed an intuitive and functional solution tailored to the needs of underserved communities, ensuring quick and easy access to information.
