I currently work as a Technical Analyst in the Operations Team for the Software Development team playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The operations team resolves severe production issues, monitors overall system performance, & maintains reliability of the software.
I am interested in transition to a pro-active role that aligns with my passion, which lies in leveraging creativity and innovation to address challenges. I am eager to transition into a role where I can improve digital experiences by crafting intuitive interfaces and provide seamless experiences for users, ultimately making digital products more user-friendly and enjoyable. I would like to contribute to shaping how people interact with the digital world by combining creative thinking with problem-solving expertise.
